President Trump took to Twitter on Tuesday to address two issues that seem to constantly preoccupy him " NFL players protesting during the national anthem and his victory over Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election.

In two tweets, he called the NFL weak and out of control as athletes continue to take a knee during the playing of The Star-Spangled Banner and described how he felt he would win if he entered the presidential race.

At least 24 players kneeling this weekend at NFL stadiums that are now having a very hard time filling up. The American public is fed up with the disrespect the NFL is paying to our Country, our Flag and our National Anthem. Weak and out of control!, the president wrote on Twitter.

It was his 23rd tweet about the NFL since September, Axios reported.

Then, about 15 minutes later, he tweeted about first lady Melania Trumps advice to him when he was considering entering the race.

Melania, our great and very hard working First Lady, who truly loves what she is doing, always thought that if you run, you will win. She would tell everyone that, no doubt, he will win. I also felt I would win (or I would not have run) " and Country is doing great!, he posted on the social media site.

Trump seems to be referring to comments she made during a town hall meeting on CNN in April 2016 when she was asked about her husbands presidential run.
